How long does shipping take?

In-stock orders ship within 2 business days. Some manufacturers have longer lead times, so call us to confirm before you order. We email tracking information once your order ships.

What is your return policy?

Returns need a return goods authorization (RGA) number from us, must be in the original unopened packaging, and carry a 25 to 35% restocking fee depending on the manufacturer. You pay return shipping. Parts, custom orders, and toilet partitions cannot be returned. See Shipping & Returns for the full policy.

Do you ship internationally?

Accepted Answer

No. We ship within the United States only, and products may not be exported. Free shipping on orders of $99 or more does not cover Alaska or Hawaii.
