Bobrick B-273

The Bobrick B-273 is a surface-mounted single-roll toilet tissue dispenser cast in aluminum with a satin finish. A ClassicSeries item, it holds one roll up to 6 in. (150mm) in diameter, about 2000 sheets, so it takes the larger rolls that a standard 4-1/2 in. holder will not.

Plastic spindles ride on a concealed locking device, so the roll is theft-resistant without a visible lock to pick at. Controlled delivery meters sheets out a few at a time, limiting the free spinning that empties rolls in schools and transit restrooms. The unit is 6-1/2 in. wide and projects 4-7/8 in. from the wall.

Controlled delivery does not satisfy the continuous flow that ADA 604.7 requires, so place this unit in standard compartments and use a free-flow dispenser in the accessible stall. A version of this holder without controlled delivery and a two-roll version are listed separately.
