Bobrick B-4221

The Bobrick B-4221 is a surface-mounted toilet seat-cover dispenser from the ConturaSeries. It is satin-finish stainless steel, holds 250 single- or half-fold toilet seat covers or one full box, and mounts on the wall above the water closet, so it works for retrofits with no wall cutout.

The dispenser fills from the bottom. Custodians slide a fresh stack or a whole box up into the unit without removing it from the wall. Allow 5 in. (125mm) of clearance from the bottom of the dispenser to the top of any shelf, grab bar, or other horizontal projection below it so the refill can be loaded. The unit is 15 3/4 in. W x 11 in. H x 2 in. D and projects little into the compartment.

Bobrick lists the unit as ADA compliant; in accessible stalls, keep the operable part within the 15 to 48 in. reach range of ADA 308. It takes standard half-fold paper seat covers. Where capacity matters more than mounting, the 500-cover recessed dispensers are listed separately.
