Description
The Gamco 282 25 (formerly NV-1FS) is a surface-mounted napkin-tampon vendor in satin finish stainless steel with a 25 cent coin mechanism. It dispenses 30 napkins and 27 tampons per fill and measures 14 in. W, 28 in. H, 6 1/2 in. D (356 x 711 x 165mm). It is supplied without a frame.
The door is vandal-resistant 18-gauge stainless steel secured by two tumbler locks, so the cabinet resists prying in an unattended restroom. A separate lock and key on the coin box lets management collect coins without handing custodians access to the cash, and custodians can restock without the coin key. The satin finish matches standard stainless restroom accessories from Gamco and other lines.
ADA 308 and 309.4 call for operable parts within 15 to 48 in. above the floor and no more than 5 lbf of force, so set the mounting height with the coin mechanism in mind. Other versions of this vendor are listed separately.
