Description
The Bobrick B-2111 is a surface-mounted vertical soap dispenser in satin-finish stainless steel, a ClassicSeries standard for schools, offices, and public restrooms. The tank holds 40-fl oz (1.2-L) of all-purpose liquid hand soap, and the unit measures 4 3/4 in. wide by 8 1/8 in. high (120 x 205mm), projecting 3 1/2 in. (90mm) from the wall to the push-button.
A push-button valve meters soap on demand. The hinged filler-top opens only with a special key, so tampering and soap theft are much harder, and the concealed wall fastening leaves no exposed screws. A refill window lets staff see the level at a glance. Bobrick describes the unit as vandal resistant.
ADA 309.4 limits operating force to 5 lbf and calls for operation with one hand without tight grasping; Bobrick lists the B-2111 as ADA compliant. Mount the push-button within the 15 to 48 in. reach range in ADA 308.
