Bobrick B-2740

The Bobrick B-2740 is a surface-mounted two-roll toilet tissue dispenser in satin-finish cast aluminum that dispenses without controlled delivery. It holds two rolls up to 6 in. (150mm) in diameter (2000 sheets) and is the ClassicSeries choice for accessible compartments that need double-roll capacity and continuous paper flow.

With no metering in the mechanism, users pull tissue freely, which satisfies the continuous-flow rule in ADA 604.7. Theft resistance comes from plastic spindles and a concealed locking device rather than from restricting delivery, so the rolls stay in the dispenser without frustrating the user. The unit is 12-1/2 in. wide and projects 4-7/8 in. from the wall.

Bobrick lists the unit as ADA compliant. Mount it 7 to 9 in. in front of the water closet with the outlet 15 to 48 in. above the floor and clear of the grab bar. A controlled-delivery two-roll version and single-roll versions are listed separately.
