Bobrick B-27460

The Bobrick B-27460 is a heavy-duty surface-mounted toilet tissue dispenser built for the restrooms that destroy ordinary holders: parks, transit stations, stadiums, and schools. It is vandal-resistant cast aluminum with a satin finish, holds two rolls up to 6 in. (150mm) in diameter (2000 sheets), and dispenses without controlled delivery.

A tumbler lock secures the spindles in place, so rolls cannot be lifted off without the key. The spindles themselves are high-impact plastic, sized for the larger 6 in. rolls, and the heavy cast body resists bending and prying. Because delivery is free, users get continuous paper flow while the building still gets locked-in rolls. The unit is 14-1/8 in. wide and projects 5-1/4 in. from the wall.

Bobrick lists the dispenser as ADA compliant. Place it 7 to 9 in. in front of the water closet with the outlet 15 to 48 in. above the floor, not behind the grab bar, per ADA 604.7. Other two-roll dispensers are listed separately.
