For restrooms specified with black accessories, the Bobrick B-3013.MBLK is the TrimLineSeries recessed toilet seat-cover dispenser in a matte black powder-coated finish over stainless steel. Capacity is 500 toilet seat covers, and the cabinet recesses into the wall above the water closet.

A 90° return on the door hides the flange, leaving a flat black panel with a flush lock as the only detail on the wall. The powder coat pairs with matte black grab bars, dispensers, and partition hardware. Frame the opening at 15-5/8 in. W by 11-1/4 in. H, 2-3/4 in. minimum depth.
