Bobrick B-306.MBLK

The Bobrick B-306.MBLK is a recessed manual soap dispenser in matte black powder-coated stainless steel, from the Matte Black Collection. It holds 45-fl oz (1.3-L) of all-purpose liquid soap and sits in the wall with a rough opening of 8 3/8 in. W, 4 3/8 in. H, and 3 7/8 in. minimum depth (215 x 110 x 100mm), leaving only the door face in the room.

The door has a 90 degree return that conceals the mounting flange, so the installed look is a clean black rectangle. The soap vessel rides on the back of the door and swings out with it for filling, so a custodian does not reach into the cabinet. A hinge and tumbler lock secure the door to the cabinet, and a refill window shows the soap level without opening it. The push valve dispenses all-purpose soaps.

Recessed mounting keeps the dispenser out of the traffic path in narrow toilet rooms and corridors. Bobrick lists the unit as ADA compliant; ADA 309.4 limits operating force to 5 lbf, and the valve should sit within the 15 to 48 in. reach range in ADA 308.
