Bobrick B-6857

Bobrick's B-6857 is the satin-finish version of the company's surface-mounted single-roll toilet tissue dispenser, made from stainless steel for commercial restrooms and toilet compartments. It holds a standard roll up to 5-1/2 in. in diameter, roughly 1800 sheets, on a chrome-plated plastic spindle.

Mounting is by a concealed stainless steel wall plate. The plate fastens to the wall or partition, and the support-arm flanges on the dispenser lock over it, leaving a clean face with the hardware hidden. At 7-1/4 in. wide and 2 in. high, projecting 3-15/16 in., the dispenser keeps a low profile inside the compartment. The brushed satin surface tolerates daily wipe-downs and shows less wear than a mirror finish.

The B-6857 is listed as ADA compliant. ADA 604.7 puts the dispenser 7 to 9 in. in front of the water closet and the outlet 15 to 48 in. above the floor, not behind the grab bars, and requires continuous paper flow with no controlled delivery.
