Bobrick B-686

The Bobrick B-686 is a two-roll toilet tissue dispenser in bright polished stainless steel that mounts on the surface of the wall or partition. Two rolls side by side mean a compartment stays supplied longer between custodial rounds, which is why this style is common in schools, airports, and office buildings. Each chrome-plated plastic spindle takes a standard roll up to 5-1/2 in. in diameter, about 1800 sheets.

Support-arm flanges lock the dispenser onto a concealed stainless steel wall plate, so the mounting hardware is hidden once the unit is in place. Overall width is 12-1/2 in., height is 2 in., and the dispenser projects 3-15/16 in. from the wall. The polished finish cleans with a wipe.

Bobrick lists the B-686 as ADA compliant. ADA 604.7 calls for the dispenser 7 to 9 in. in front of the water closet, the outlet 15 to 48 in. above the floor and clear of the grab bars, and continuous paper flow with no controlled delivery.
