Bobrick B-8872

The Bobrick B-8872 is a counter-mounted automatic faucet from the Designer Series with a die-cast zinc body in matte black. It is a touch-free lavatory faucet for hotels, restaurants, offices, and healthcare restrooms. Its finish exactly matches the Bobrick Designer Series soap dispensers, so the sink deck reads as one set.

A hidden sensor lens gives hands-free operation with no visible sensor window. The faucet runs on 4 AA batteries and includes an in-line filter. Time-out durations, line purging, and sensor range are adjustable, and LEED flow-rate options are available. An optional 6V AC adapter can replace the batteries; it requires two parts, the AC power converter and the inline connector, ordered together.

Bobrick lists the faucet as ADA compliant. Beyond matte black, the same faucet is made in polished chrome, polished nickel, brushed nickel, and polished brass, each matching the corresponding dispenser finish. The design is patented.
