ASI 9018

The ASI 9018 is a recessed horizontal baby changing station with a door facing and collar in 18 gauge type 304 stainless steel. It is the model to specify when the rest of the restroom accessories are recessed stainless and the changing station should match. The wall opening is 35-1/2 x 24-1/2 in. with a 4 in. minimum depth. Closed, the unit measures 39-5/32 x 28-1/4 in. and sits just 3/8 in. proud of the wall.

When opened, the bed extends 18-1/8 in. into the room. The 18 gauge stainless door face and collar cover the rough opening so no wall edge is exposed, and the door face stands up to daily cleaning. ASI intends the station for infants up to 3.5 years old and up to 50 lb (23 kg).

ASI states the unit complies with the 2010 ADA Accessibility Standards. A surface-mounted version of the same station is listed separately for walls that cannot be recessed.
