ASI 9024-41

The ASI 9024-41 is a surface-mounted horizontal baby changing station that pairs plastic with stainless steel in a matte black and satin finish combination. It belongs in restrooms that use ASI's matte black accessories but want a satin stainless accent. Closed, it measures 35-5/32 in. wide by 24-1/4 in. tall and projects 3-7/8 in. Open, the bed extends 22-1/32 in. from the wall.

The platform is shaped to keep a child from rolling toward the edge of the bed. A handle cavity in the door face lets an adult open and close the unit with one hand from any position. It takes less than 5 lb of force (22.2 N) and no tight grasping, pinching, or twisting of the wrist. A vinyl-coated safety strap adjusts to the child, and the Sure-Lock latch resists opening until an adult releases it with opposing finger pressure. A built-in dispenser holds bed liners or towels behind a lid that keeps them sanitary and makes reloading quick for service staff.

ASI rates the station for infants up to 3.5 years and up to 50 lb (23 kg) and lists it as ADA compliant. Other finishes of the same station are listed separately.
