ASI 0199-1-93

ASI's 0199-1-93 is the satin stainless steel Turbo-ADA, an automatic high-speed hand dryer that surface mounts and runs on 115-120V. An infrared sensor starts it when hands enter the sensing zone, and it finishes the job in under 15 seconds. At 10-5/8 x 8-15/32 x 4 in. (270 x 215 x 102 mm), it is a compact unit for restrooms that need to move people through quickly.

Facility staff can set the air speed and temperature to suit the room, and the heater can be shut off entirely where warm air is not wanted or the circuit needs relief. An auto-resetting thermostat brings the unit back on line after an overheat without a service call. When the user pulls away, the dryer runs to its time-out and shuts off on its own, so it does not keep blowing at an empty sink. The satin stainless cover matches stainless partitions and accessories.

The unit is ADA compliant per ASI, and its 4 in. depth meets the maximum projection in ADA 307.2, so no recess kit is needed on a clear wall. Another finish is listed separately.
