Bobrick B-270

The Bobrick B-270 is a compact surface-mounted sanitary napkin disposal from the ConturaSeries in satin-finish stainless steel. With a 1.0 gal. capacity it is sized for individual toilet compartments in commercial restrooms, where it hangs on the wall or partition beside the water closet. The unit measures 7 1/2 in. wide, 10 in. high and 3 13/16 in. deep.

The cover is drawn from one piece of stainless steel, with no seams on the lid, and a full-length stainless steel piano hinge secures it to the cabinet. The hinge runs the full width of the cover, which spreads the load of repeated opening across the whole edge instead of two small pivot points. The satin finish matches other ConturaSeries accessories in the same restroom.

Bobrick lists the unit as ADA compliant. Its 3 13/16 in. depth stays under the 4 in. projection limit of ADA 307.2, and the small footprint makes it easy to place within the 15 to 48 in. reach range of ADA 308 next to the water closet. It suits office, school, and retail restrooms where each compartment needs its own disposal.
