Description
Bobrick's B-715 Elan is a surface-mounted automatic hand dryer with a cover of satin-finish type 304 stainless steel. It is a contemporary-styled dryer for restrooms that want stainless to match the rest of the accessories, and an automatic hand sensor starts it without a button. This listing is the 115V AC model.
The stainless cover cleans with the same products used on the room's other stainless accessories, and surface mounting means no wall opening to frame. Hands-free sensor operation means there is no push button to wear out or to spread germs. The B-715 is rated 115V AC, 15 Amp, 60 Hz, and is cULus Listed. An export version for 220-240V AC (7 Amp, 50/60 Hz, 1500-1700 Watts, VDE approved and CE marked) is available, so order the model that matches the branch circuit.
Bobrick lists the B-715 as ADA compliant. Confirm the mounting height and projection against ADA 307.2, which limits a wall-mounted object to 4 in. of projection when its leading edge is 27 to 80 in. above the floor.
