Bobrick B-354

The Bobrick B-354 is a partition-mounted sanitary napkin disposal that serves two adjacent toilet compartments through a single cutout in the partition panel. It is part of the ClassicSeries in satin-finish stainless steel and fits partitions 1/2 to 1 1/4 in. (13 to 32 mm) thick. One removable receptacle of 1.3 gal. (4.8 L) collects from both sides.

Self-closing panels on each face cover the disposal openings, so nothing is visible from either compartment and the panels return on their own after use. The plastic receptacle is leakproof and lifts out for emptying, so a custodian services the unit without handling the contents, which follows OSHA bloodborne pathogen practices. The rough partition opening is 11 in. wide by 15 1/2 in. high (280 x 395 mm).

Using one disposal for two compartments cuts the count of units to install and empty in a large restroom. The B-354 is listed as ADA compliant; set the panels within the 15 to 48 in. reach range of ADA 308 where a compartment is accessible.
