Tampon dispensers, pad dispensers, feminine hygiene dispensers, menstrual product vendors: the spec sheet says vendor, buyers say dispenser, and this page carries both. They have moved from optional to required in many buildings. California, Illinois, and New York now require free menstrual products in public school restrooms, and many employers and universities have adopted free-vend as policy. We carry napkin and tampon vendors from Bobrick, Bradley, ASI, and Gamco in free-vend, 25 cent, and 50 cent configurations, single and dual (napkin plus tampon) columns, and surface-mounted, semi-recessed, and recessed cabinets. Typical capacity is 30 napkins and 27 to 30 tampons per fill. Bodies are 18 to 22-gauge stainless steel with tumbler locks, and coin mechanisms can be converted to free-vend on many models. Each product page lists operation type, capacity, mounting, and rough-in. Matte black versions are available from ASI and Bobrick.
In a growing number of states. California requires free menstrual products in public schools with any of grades 3 through 12 (AB 367, extended by AB 230 from the 2024-25 school year), Illinois in school buildings serving grades 4 through 12, and New York in schools serving grades 6 through 12. Several states extend the rule to public colleges and government buildings. Check your state and district policy before choosing between free-vend and coin operation.
