ASI Tackboards & Bulletin Boards
7 ASI models priced online from $94.11, with the rest of the line by quote.
ASI tackboards and bulletin boards are natural cork boards in the Series 9800 frame from ASI Visual Display Products. Cork is the standard commercial tack surface, and it is light, rot resistant, and fire resistant in its natural state. The frame is a 3/4 in. exposed aluminum face that mounts directly to the finished wall. Sizes step up from the 2 ft. x 3 ft. 980401203 to the 4 ft. x 12 ft. 980401412, with 3x4, 4x4, 4x6, 4x8, and 4x10 ft. boards between. School facilities staff, hospital unit managers, and office planners specify these boards for corridors, break rooms, and notice walls.
Size the board to the wall and to how much gets posted. A planning wall in an office takes a 4 ft. x 8 ft. 980401408 or larger. Cover a longer wall with several boards in one frame series so the faces line up and the finishes match. The 9800 frame is also used on ASI porcelain markerboards, so a tack surface and a writing surface can share a wall in matching frames. Hang the board where the people who post to it can reach the whole surface, and keep the bottom edge clear of furniture.
