Recessed cabinets keep equipment out of sight but need a framed opening, and the 0558-1 pairs a bed pan with a washbasin. The 0548-9 sharps cabinet is sold without the container. ADA Section 307.2 limits how far a unit may project into a circulation path. Objects with edges more than 27 in. and up to 80 in. above the floor may project 4 in. maximum.
