Bobrick Hand Dryers

Bobrick hand dryers split into surface-mounted and recessed designs, and every model here is automatic. On the surface side are the Elan B-715 with a satin stainless steel cover, TrimDry models in white or satin, and the InstaDry B-7125. TerraDry units come in white or polished chrome. Recessed choices include the QuietDry B-3725 in satin and the AirCraft B-750, a cast iron dryer in white vitreous enamel for 115 or 230 volts. Matte black stainless steel shows up in the QuietDry line and the Fino Collection. Series tags also include the TrimLineSeries. Specifiers pick these for commercial restrooms where paper towels, waste bins, and restocking labor are on the way out.

Pick the mounting style before the finish. A recessed dryer such as the B-3725.MBLK needs a framed opening, so it belongs in the plans before drywall. Surface-mounted units install on a finished wall, and the Fino Collection B-7179.MBLK is described as projecting under 4 in. Where the dryer hangs over a circulation path, ADA Section 307.2 applies. Objects with leading edges more than 27 in. and not more than 80 in. above the floor may protrude 4 in. at most into the circulation path. The ADA compliant listing Bobrick gives this range does not settle the wall location. Confirm voltage and wattage on the product page so the circuit can be sized.
